Jokalite Site Relaunch

Dear Readers

I am pleased to announce that the Jokalite website has been relaunched. After a few days of hardcore coding, the results can be finally seen.

It is now better, more organised and very convenient to read Jokalite's reviews. We have added a Gateway to the Jokalite website so that you can know what is the newest review and immediately read it from there. Furthermore, all the codes have been rewritten from scratch and it is a brand new website aside from the older website from 2012.

Adding on, I have added the "Read the latest reviewed mangas" section that is updated upon a new review release. This function allows you to read the latest 6 reviewed mangas directly from there with just a click away.

For organising, every 10 reviews are under a single link or a edition to sort out better without having to scroll for longer time and to cut down on time wastage, the updates section is also made. All updates will posted there so viewers can immediately see them.

Golden Time review

So i just finished watching Golden time until episode 7, so my review might not be a full fact of the anime and this is a opinion from me myself.

I am watching the anime version by the way,apparently there is a manga and a korean drama series for it...

I wont be reading the manga for it because i don't want to be spoil of the anime.

My first impression when i watched this was that i felt that this anime was horrible because it had a plot which look like liking another friend's girl.(MY OPINION)

But then as i watch the anime more,it became clear that the thought of them being a couple was the girl's wishful thinking so not bad...

The anime slowly explains itself towards the main protagonist suffering from amnesia from a horrible fall from a an accident.The leads to the lost of the memories before he was 18.

At first,it might not be attractive to people in the first 2 episodes?But i decided to not judge the anime by its cover and went ahead.In the end,awesome anime,great anime in a long time (Not really that long)

I went to see reviews on it,and found out that it was the same writer who actually wrote this as Todora!

Because there was a awesome plot which actually requires the viewer to believe in not judging a book/anime by its cover.

I am back yet again,even though i wasn't posting anything like for 2 months?I was busy with studies and i was training a character in a game...So yea~I didn't abandon the blog because i want to share anime and manga >~< (My new emoticon)

Apparently,when i googled for the author,the was a Television show for it and i was like .....

(Spoilers:Because in certain part there were male to male mouth contact..So yea...)

This manga's art kinda reminds me of another manga but i cant seem to recall which....

Yamada Ryuu,a highschool student who skips school early,sleeps in classes and has horrible results academically encounters the highschool genius , Shiraishi Urara.Feeling annoyed about her,he intentionally knocks into her and when he looked back at her,a cold glare was returned back.

Yamada getting shocked by her glare,lost footing on the stairs and bangs into her,losing concious.Waking up in the nurse's office,he realised that something was wrong.He gained and lost something....He rushed to the mirror,only to realise that he had turned into Shiraishi...

Running to find his body,he found himself in class,studying diligently.Being as vulgar as he was,he dragged Shiraishi out of the class,confronting her about the current situation.They (sort of) Agreed to meet after school.

After awhile,he encounters Shirai's classmates and realises about her often being lonely and having being bullied by them.He trys to confront them  but was stopped in time by himself(Body) by punching himself in the face.

They tried figuring out why they couldn't return to normal and roll down the stair like before several times.Finally,they tried the final thing they did when they first fell together,the accidental kiss.

Now,the summary on top does not conclude the story,Read on if you want to know why i said that.

Well,at first i thought that was the end of the story.But,Shiraishi was actually one of the 7 witches in the school who had powers.

Yamada on the other hand,had to ability to copy the powers of the witches.A kiss is needed in order for the powers to be shared.

The story was interesting overall,There was abit of romance and yea~ abit of harem involved.I highly recommend you to read it because its fun to read mangas that are not judged by its cover.

So yea~Interesting manga which the male protagonist looks like Negi from another manga.

Nagi came from Tokyo to the southern islands to visit his mother's hometime.Enjoying the view,he encounters a girl on the island and she guides him around the island.He falls out the cliff trying to help her catch her straw hat,waking up to be rescued by her through mouth to mouth.:)

He encounters her later in the school which she begins to ignore her because in the next chapter or so,she and the other 2 girls are cape maidens specially for the dragon god( Spoilers )

Knowing that he was the reincarnation of the Dragon God,they would try their best to fight over him as cape maidens to make him choose them before the ceremony.

One word

Harem >.<

So yea~I will go back to drawing then!

As you can tell,the hentai in the title is the meaning for pervert,not porn.So Yea! 

Yokodera,Our main guy in this anime.Well,his story is pretty simple...His a pervert who joined the Track and   field for the reason to peek the girls in the swim club.He continuously does squats facing a window without fail.He is unable to express his true feelings and thoughts normally and after his friend was able to give up porn to be a decent person by praying to the Stone Cat.

He decides to try to get rid of his facade,to be able to express himself.He encounters a young girl,Tsukiko, who was shock by a hug pillow which he strapped to his back.Thinking he was a pervert,she trys to run away but was finally explained.As for her,she wants to become more adult-like,to be able to hide her true feelings little,instead of always crying or getting angry right away.(Taken from a sentence from the anime)

Their wish was granted,not knowing the cunning behind the Cat Stone.

When he was young,his grandmother sealed his memories and his powers to protect him or something like that?He later regains his powers and slowly learns to control it as an Exorcist.

So yea...I have returned to my daily lifestyle of a less compact schedule.I realised that i have not done a single review for the blog for 3 weeks.Thankfully,i found some more newer manga to share around.

So...Lets Begin!

I found this manga from a anime series that came out a few weeks ago...(It came out during the first week of the examinations from my calculations)So since it was ongoing and i watched till the current episode,i googled it and found out that it had a manga for it.So why no read it,i told myself!

(Oh ya...If your those kind of people who do not watch the series after u have read(Past-Tensed) this manga,i strongly request you to choose one only,because the anime is more elaborate while the manga just booms it all quickly(In my opinion of course!)The mange version is more gruesome than than the anime,so be warned!

It has been a century since the people has stay in peace away from the giants inside a 50 meter tall wall which was strong enough to hold off against the Giants or Titans(I am abit confuse what to call them...So lets stick with Giants).The Giants are not intelligent and have no gender,it is unknown how they reproduce and they do not have to eat to survive.They only require the sunlight for energy and they eat humans as a form of delicacy and may carry the purpose of  exterminating the humans.The giants are almost invincible with the ability to regenerate themselves regardless of where you hit.Thankfully,They have a weak spot on the back of their necks which was sliced with a blade with the 3D Maneuver System,is unable to recover and die.

So,The story begins with Eren Jaeger dreaming about a Titan taller than the 50 meter all peeking into the village.Awoken by his adopted sister,Mikasa Ackerman,he continues his way back home and sees that people gathering to see the warriors returning from the battle against a giant.They were all injured and lost many to the Giants.The commander revealed that he was unable to even get any information to use against the Giants despite the many attempts which costed many lives.

Eren and Mika made their way home and (You can watch that scene for yourself without the the need for explanation.Lets go to the part around 5 minutes after the dinner scene and them rescuing their friends from bullies.)The Titan peeking over the top of the wall,shocking everyone due to the fact that a Giant taller than the wall was never expected to exist.With a single kick,it destroyed the wall and make a hole large enough to allow the smaller giants to enter.As the Giants made their way in,the humans were slowly devoured and hardly spared.

Their mother being trapped under the rubble,pleaded her son to take his sister and leave her,she was unable to run even if she could get out after having her legs crushed by the rubble.In the end,she was killed with a final crush or pull(Depending on the manga or anime) and eaten.The scene was withness by both the children,leaving a horrid memory in the minds.(There we go!The plot is explained)

They managed to board the boat to the inner wall to escape from the Giants in a boat.Meanwhile,another Uber Titan(I called it that because it more badass looking than the rest) sped up front,demolishing the wall like it was a cracker biscuit.Creating another hole in the wall.The people who survived the attack where made to harves and farm due to the insufficient food.

Eren and his sister,his friend joins the military,to rid the world of Giants....(Epic Music Plays)

So yea...A longer review this time,Heehee...Follow my blog for new updates to share manga and stuff so yea!The mange version is more gruelsome than than the anime,so be warned!

Late review as usual from me...
I found a few more new mangas just recently and was pondering which to review on...2 of which were not suitable for the young.So yeah......Recently playing with my friends on some games after one of them opened a server for us(The guy who made the website).

This manga being released in 2000 surprisingly managed to get into my review list.As usual,starting manga will not look as good as the current manga drawing style but after drawing thousands of panel,the artwork begins to improve.(I took a sneakpeak at the latest chapter,i wasn't done with reading this manga but wanted to do a review for it soon.)

The story begins by showing us the protagonist,Kohinata Minoru, practicing with a girl,Nana in the gymnasium and getting injured.Nearby,a masked fighter awaits for the head of Judo and just thrashes him by punching him in the ribs.He returns to a spot and reveals himself as a muscular male while eating jerky.

Meanwhile,the seniors of the Gymnastics Club return back to the Gym.Minoru was originally kicked out of the Gymnastics for making a senior unable to attend a selection meeting,pissing him off,he was occasionally bullied by the seniors as well.

The senior started stepping on Minoru,Nana trying to help him,was being punched and was slowly being stripped.Minoru,with confidence(He looked like he wanted to fight back),immiediately knelt down and begged them to have mercy on Nana.The masked man,watching from a small window the whole time,comes in to "rescue" them.Minoru,thanking the masked guy,was punched straight in the face for being a useless chump who cant protect his girlfriend.(My computer kinda overheated after this paragraph but there was autosave)

After being unconcious,the masked guy brought him back to the dojo,and was convinced(Tricked) by a dojo member into joining them.The masked guy reveals himself as a member of the dojo(Strongest)

The story continues on like any martial arts typed manga!

Don't really have much to say about this manga,Sadly...Lets see how much i can remember from the first chapter!

A battle set by Daimyo for his 31 sons to fight for the throne by finding a martial arts and emerging victorious.The last son remaining shall be his successor to his throne.The battle mostly involve killing the martial artist and the candidate.
Naoyoshi Washitzu,a son or candidate of the Daimyo went to the Doujo,OgameRyu.He encounters the son of The Thousand Man Slayer,Gama Kurogane,proving himself to be strong enough to help Naoyoshi.Wanting to become stronger,he accepts his offer to help him in the competition and to become the strongest.

(Thats pretty much the first chapter...Really nothing much to say...Its pretty good in the later parts)

Ratings:6/10(Cause its plot don't really make me interested)

2nd Ratings:8/10(Becomes better after first few battles,trust me)

Mephisto Barto Dertov Reffertlark Kucabara(Had to Google for the name of the protagonist,Sorry>.<)

Kucabara is a defense lawyer for the Sinner who just died and help prove their innocence,stopping the Shinigami  from taking them to their personal hell. Kucabara was the third son of the Great Demon King,his brothers were hanged to death for being weaker than him.He was banished and was lost his powers to his little brother after a cunning trick which made use of his Brother's Kindness towards Kinship.

He helps the Sinner prove their innocence in exchange for the Dark matter in them.He is able to use the Dark matter to return to his former Overpowered-Form and change his pen into a sword.He has a Dragon-being,Bichura, as a companion/partner whom he developed a strong friendship bond between each other who can also make use of the matter to change back to his stronger form.

Sadly the manga has only 100 chapters...

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! (Anime)Review

This week's post will be abit different as you can see (Anime) in the title.
Couldn't find the manga version for it,sadly only available in Light novel or anime which is pretty darn good.
Putting Imagination as a storyline plot and add a hint of romance,comedy and a cute girl in makes it Per~Fecto!
Fyi,i am not into eyepatch girls expect she looks cute without the eye patch.

Yuuta Togashi,a boy who before became a freshman suffered from what is called the Eighth-Grader Syndrome which made him believed that he was a powerful being with powers and named himself"Dark Flame Master"After Junior High,he wanted to change and start afresh,forgetting and living his past behind him.He packs his old weapons he bought during his "Dark Flame Master" time and places them outside.

Rikka Takanashi,who was climbing down a rope from the balcony encountered him and he offered to help her.

(Of course he was surprised!I mean like,if girl starts climbing down from a rope and you see her doing that,won't it be shocking?) 

It turned out Rikka was also suffering from the syndrome and also has a servant who suffers the same thing.

(Spoilers:She became like this after she went into depression of her father's death and saw Yuuta's Dark Flame Master's moments,Thus believing that she had the Evil Eye and wears bandages and an eyepatch.)

I would type more but i am too tired to type anymore(Its like 12.23 AM,I have school).Promise to type more for the next review update!

And of course throwing out one of my favourites like i promised.Of course it is not for its nudity

To me,this manga's author is japanese?In the story,he mention that he went to korea to do this manga...Boichi kinda sound like a Japanese name to me ,Ok back to the topic.

Ken(White haired guy in the drawing),falls in love with a girl ,Yumin,who was planning to go to korea and become a cop.He was determined to go to korea and become a cop like her.Except he failed badly at it,living in a rented room which was extremely small and could at max fit a bed and some other stuff.

He sees her outside nearby in korea and lies to her,saying he was in a company.

Later then,he was offered a bowl of noodles by the kind old shop owner.A small gang came and started extorting money out of the old man,destroying his stall.Well of course,Ken who was a strong fighter fought against the gang and destroyed them.His act was watched by a small gang who wanted to recruit him.

Ken wakes up in a room?(I couldn't tell where he was,Hospital maybe?Hotel?)Threatened by Pickaxe(Name) with a pickaxe(Weapon) to join their gang.Their boss invited Ken to a meal and asked him to work under him.Ken was asked to settle with fists if he wanted to refuse the invite to the gang.Ken wins in the end but was instead asked to be their boss.

Ken gets a VERY VERY expensive suit and new hairstyle and starts recruiting other members,starting with a  

very strong and big guy who destroyed a traid gang who wanted to recruit him and was awoken by Ken about Comrades.
(Oh ya i forget to say that the gang is poor after they bought the Armani.)
I would like to continue but it would just spoil the story,its really hilarious so have a look at it.This manga shows a small gang and turn into a huge group that has a casino which gives them a F-Load of money.

Hmm....HOW DO I REVIEW THIS!!!(Reread?-Lucas)

As we can see from the picture of the manga,its those kind of harem type romance with childhood history.

The story begins with a young and innocent protagonist,Raku Ichijou.Being the son of a leader in the yakuza.

He meets one of his childhood friend (Spoilers~) Chitoge Kirisaki by accident after landing on him after jumping over the wall.She leaves in a hurry,leaving him on the ground.

Raku goes back to class with bleeding nose and became embarrassed after been greeted by Onodera (He has a thing for her).Class begins and in comes the new transfer student from America,Chitoge.Raku realizes that it was her who had jumped and landed on him earlier that morning.Raku starts calling her names and she breaks,EPIC FORCEPALM to the face,Raku flies off.

Her plans to be a /brillant high school debut fails and the teacher puts them side to side after seeing them together and assumed they knew each other.Raku later realizes his pendant was missing and made a deal with Chitoge if she helped find the pendant with him,he was to not talk to her again in school.

As they look for the pendant,her familiar scent starts to remind Raku about his past.Chitoge gives up and persuades him to give up on the pendant.Raku,feeling angry,scolds her and continued finding the pendant alone.

Chitoge realizing the importance of the pendant,secretly helps find his pendants and returns it to him.Ondera turns out to be one of the girls(At this point,we should considered her and the only one)

When Raku returns home,his father explains to him about the Yakuza wars and the only way to prevent the war between the two groups was for Raku to date the daughter of the opposite gang which turns out to be Chitoge.The only way for them left was to fake their relationship of being together.Their fake love slowly developes as time goes by and more girls join in as the story continues.

Action packed manga with understandable fighting moves drawn well which many mangas will have difficulties in due to the inaccurate drawings or attacking poses.

I like Korean manga for their fighting manga which never seems to disappoint me.

There are 3 main protagonist from this manga itself,each with their own story and fighting styles.Its something like the manga"The Breaker" which i did a review a few weeks ago,except they are more on the competitive side for martial arts.

Jin Mo-Ri,was invited to the competition which the grand prize was the winner would be granted a wish,he manages to show his hidden leg techniques while interfering another match who he tried to save the guy from being a meat doll.His level would rise when he uses his leg techniques which he was warned not to by his grandfather unless the opponents was a professional.

Han Dae-Wi,joined the competition in order to win and get the money to treat his friend which died later during the final match(Spoilers).He uses Full Contact Karate,which includes 4 stances and order fighting styles like Brazilian Kick and boxing.

Yu Mi-Ra,user of sword techniques which includes being able to fighting using her bare hands like a katana.Her motive was to find a strong man.She cares alot about her sword and would threathen to attack anyone who tries to touch it.
